Where Is the School?
The school will be held at the
Morgan County Fairgrounds

The classes will be held in the 4-H auditorium which is air conditioned. The firing as well as lunch will be served in a building just across the drive from the auditorium. This facility is totally handicapped accessible with handicap restroom that will accommodate a wheel chair or walker. There are no steps or stairs so it is convenient for unloading. All parking is free. The fairgrounds are located just off of state road 37 at the light intersection of state road 252 right next to IU Health medical center. There are lots of various restaurants to choose from. For our students without a car we will see that you are transported back and forth to your hotel etc.

Hotel Accomodations
Students have a choice from three hotels close by on state road 37 for accommodations. The Super 8 and Best Western are at the light at Ohio St. and the Holiday Inn Express at the next stop light which is Burton Lane. We have negotiated a special rate with Holiday Inn for the special rate of $104.99 for queen size rooms. The queens have two queen size beds, a TV, a mini-fridge, a microwave, and Keurig coffee makers. The kings have one king size bed, a sitting area with a sleeper couch, a larger TV, a microwave, a mini-fridge, and Keurig coffee makers. These rooms complete with a complete breakfast. This special rate will be available until August 12, 2021 . Please refer to the group code "PAG" when making your reservations.
